Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation guidelines at Aveo Software Inc.

Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for services provided by Aveo Software Inc.

    Project Not Started

    A full refund will be provided if the project has not started within 30 days of payment.

    Incorrect Information Provided

    No refunds will be issued if incorrect information was provided by the client and work has already commenced or been completed based on that information.

    24-Hour Refund Window

    A full refund is available within 24 hours only of making payment, provided the project has not yet started.

    Service Cancellations

    Monthly or yearly service cancellations require 30 business days notice prior to the next billing period.

    Incorrect Charges

    A 100% refund will be provided for incorrect charges after the cancellation notice period has been observed.

    Non-Refundable Items

    No refunds will be issued for search engine funds, already-delivered services, or miscellaneous charges.

Please note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. An official confirmation from our accounts department will serve as proof of cancellation.
